The city and the suburb provides different conditions for living. Anonymous urban life full of fun and activities, ubiquitous public facilities and transport stand in opposition to quiet and safe environment close to the nature with strong neighbourly relations. Life inside a city block versus living in a spacious family house with private garden. The combination of main parameters of both residential environments within a single area creates complex, which in its own territory offers a varied range of housing typologies (terraced house with garden and private garage, "homeworkers" houses, gallery and standard residential houses). Building structuring creates spaces with varying degrees of openness and privacy. From fully public piazzas enriching public spaces of otherwise vacuous Mezi vodami Street, through streets and alleys, semi-public inner garden courtyard to private gardens of terrace family houses.
